Miles Greenwood, Harbormaster Port lagoon: Miles is a staunch supporter of the Red Serpent brotherhood. He will report to the militia any strangers who he thinks might be a spy for, or supporter of the falcon Empire. He is generally very friendly even when suspicious. He served five years on a Red Serpent Raider until wounded in a clash off the east coast of the Isle d’ Scettro (Scepter Isle) He now walks with a slight limp that many don not even notice.
