Choices to be made

Working on a new adventure where the player characters find ancient ruins only to also find that Ferlie looters are already there. A sack of golden objects sits on the ground by their magical device. The choice now will be: Do the player characters risk fighting a small number of Ferlie and their magic to get the gold and maybe some magical Ferlie objects, armor or weapons or do they retreat back into the jungle empty handed.
