A Mistake Has Been Made

Before you die, may I mention a few things you did wrong?
1 You assumed that because it is called a Carion Worm it only eats things that are already dead.
2 You brought a sword that is a bit too short. A spear works better when hunting Carion Worms.
3 While backing away in realization that your weapon was a bit short you tripped and fell backwards.
4 It is understandable why you would want to shield your face from a creature that can and will spit digestive acid in your face, still blinding yourself with your own shield so that you cannot see the direction of the creature's attack is never a good idea.
5 You left your chin strap undone so now you will lose your helmet. those teeth can penetrate a human skull but not a good iron helm.
6 I also don't see any hunting buddies. Either you picked friends who are cowards, and they have all run away, or you went hunting on Planet Archipelago alone. That alone is a suicidal action.
