Good news: You were correct one of the bronze disks on the stone door will open it.
Bad News: The other four release the locks on the stone slab you are standing on. You hear a faint click as you feel yourself begin to fall with one side of the stone rising in the air and the other side dropping to reveal a pit.
Good News: you made a successful dexterity save roll and managed to grab on a small crack in the wall next to you.
Bad News: With you weight off the stone slab in just seconds the 20 tons of stone swings back into the horizontal scissoring off the lower half of your body hanging on the wall.
Good News: The pain only last about 3 minutes the time it takes to bleed out and die. One of the last things you hear is a faint click as the stone resets in place to await the next adventurer.
